Stage II
Stage II, from CLB 5 to CLB 8, describes the development of intermediate language ability. Stage II learners are developing the skills to use language in moderately demanding contexts including most familiar situations and some less predictable contexts. Stage II learners work on community, education and workplace tasks with an increased focus on language for the workplace.
