Delivery Mode

Delivery modes in LINC have changed dramatically in the past few years as we embrace new technologies for the classroom. The diverse demographics and varied geography of the LINC population mean a “one-size fits all” approach to program delivery doesn’t work. Organizations must choose the most appropriate delivery mode based on their learners’ unique needs and circumstances. Common delivery modes now include 
in-person, online, blended and hybrid 
(or hy-flex) classes.

In this section, there is information about different types of delivery modes with the benefits and challenges of each. While the delivery mode may vary, the learner-centred approach remains at the core of 
all LINC programming.
