Assessment
The purpose of assessment is to inform learners and instructors about learning progress in a course of study. While there are many types of assessment, LINC focuses on formative assessment, also known as assessment for learning. There are a variety of strategies and tools that can be used in formative assessment, each serving a different yet connected purpose.
In this section, there is information about various assessment strategies and tools, and the ideas and theories that inform them. These are all an integral part of the learner-centred classroom and the PBLA framework as a whole.
